Bright lemon color with a bouquet of citrus and stone fruit, alongside with floral aromas, that will give way to a more complex and mineral character. Excellent balance between finesse and acidity. 

Pre-fermentative maceration for 4-6 hours at 10°C. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15°C with wild yeasts. Short ageing on fine lees. 100% recyclable, plant-based cane mash of sugar cane origin., Fermentation at a controlled temperature after static desalination. Fermentation with wild yeasts. Stay with the fine lees for 3-4 months.
