Pick-up
Please note our store hours when planning your pick-up.
No Long Term Storage: We expect that you will be making your pick-up within a reasonable time (TWO (2) weeks maximum). If you fail to do so, you risk losing the item(s) and the entire value. Once your pick-up is deemed abandoned property, we will not be liable whatsoever.
Delivery
Delivery to most locations in Manhattan is free subject to certain pre-tax purchase minimums. Currently, if your location is not in Manhattan or your zip code is not listed below, in order to receive an order, you must pay a shipping fee. Similarly, if the pre-tax total of your order is below the minimum designated for your zip code, you would have to pay a shipping fee to receive your order.

If your zip code qualifies as a "Free Local Delivery" and your order was placed before 8:50 PM (6:50 PM on Sundays), generally we can complete delivery of your order that same day. If your zip code qualifies as a "Greater Manhattan Delivery" and your order was placed before 10:00 AM, generally we can complete delivery of your order on the same day. "Greater Manhattan Delivery" orders placed after 10:00 AM will generally be completed the following day.
Shipping
Pursuant to current legislation and licenses we have obtained, we can only ship to the following states: New York, California, Florida, and Washington DC.
Mister Wright Fine Wine & Spirits uses FedEx/UPS approved cardboard boxes for shipping orders and does not ship wood boxes or any extraneous packaging or other non-conforming boxes or packaging.
Shipping orders will not be released if the temperatures are below 30 degrees or above 85 degrees fahrenheit.
The delivery dates estimated by FedEx assume same day release of the shipment, this may not be the case. Frequently shipments will be released 1 or 2 business days after receipt of the order.
If a product is shipped to you, we contract with a third party carrier (generally FedEx) that will ship the product(s) that you have already purchased. Ownership of any product that Mister Wright Fine Wine & Spirits sells changes hands at the time of purchase. By requesting that your purchase be shipped to you, you are authorizing us to engage a common carrier to deliver your purchase on your behalf. Mister Wright Fine Wine & Spirits is not responsible for any breakage or damage of your purchase by said third party carrier.
