A classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot from a vineyard in the Ayalon Valley and a vineyard in Nahal Shikma. This wine was barrel aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. It has an easily approachable body with pleasant astringency, mineral, fruity and slightly herbaceous aromas accompanied by flavors of roasted wood, cloves and cinnamon.
