Octover 7th is a defining event that affected every one of us and the entire nation of Israel. We at Psagot Winery believe that light can emanate from places of darkness, therefore we chose to focus on light. Wine is connecting between people and reveals the hidden. The 7.10 wine series is dedicated to the people of Israel who are taking part in a battle that will determine its fate. May we be strengthened from a place of life and joy and a great light shall be revealed. Proceeds are dedicated to the rehabilitation of the Israeli kibbutzim surrounding the Gaza Strip.
This series features seven distinct labels named after:
Beeri | Kfar Aza | Sderot | Ofakim | Nova | Kerem Shalom | Nir Oz
The Oct 7th blend is made of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, and Shiraz. It was aged for six months in stainless steel fermentation tanks with French oak staves, resulting in a delightful balance of fruitiness. This makes it an approachable choice for any occasion.
