Catarratto is the most important white grape variety of Sicily, the most known and cultivated one for more than three centuries. This single varietal wine is medium-bodied with fruity and floral aromas and a good acidity. The bouquet opens up with fruity pineapple and orange peel notes and subtle floral scents of orange blossom.
