Product Details
Minerals, garrigue and rose petal aromas. Very fresh, mineral laden palate with good intensity of sour cherry fruit. Firmly structured but delicate on the palate, this is a serious food wine. 100% Niellucciu from the Domaine Eric Poli's vineyards of 50+ year old vines in the commune of Linguizzetta in Corsica. Enjoy with grilled meats, salads, cold meats.
Total destemming. The rosés are produced from direct press juice. Settling, vinification and ageing in stainless steel vats for 3 to 4 weeks. No malo-lactic fermentation for rosés. All wines are bottled with light plaque filtration. Eric’s practices in the vineyard are essentially organic (though without certification).
