The Domaine Doucet Paul Sancerre appears a pale golden color with silvery glints in the glass. A very aromatic, rich and complex nose, melting floral (lily of the valley, white lilac) and expressive with hints of peach, mandarin. The attack is soft, with a fat evolution and a fresh finish. This wine, both full and fresh, is dense. The subtil orange and mandarin notes extend the nice feelings in mouth.

Winemaking has been a tradition in the Doucet Familiy for several generations. Now, Patrice Doucet cultivates 11 hectares of Sancerre. The vineyard is located 6 km from Sancerre in the village of Sury-en-Vaux (about 50 km north-east of Bourges).  Domaine Doucet's Sancerre Blanc is from the 3 different soils of the appellation : clay, Limestone and "Caillottes". The nature gives to the Domaine Doucet's Sancerre Blanc a wonderfull balance with nice notes of fruit and minerality.
