A vibrant mix of lemon zest, kaffir lime, wet rock and nectarine aromatics intermingle with the bright perfume of small wild mountain flowers. The palate is brimming with ripe citrus and stone fruit flavors that are framed by sleek and laser focused acid architecture. Great pairing with pork, seafood, spicy food and goat cheese.
Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. After racking, the wine was matured on its lees without undergoing malolactic conversion. This wine was made in a fresh, unoaked style in order to maintain the purity of fruit.
