Product Details
This Pinot Noir opens with aromas of cranberries, raspberries, cedar and star jasmine. The entry is silky and bright with hints of ripe strawberry and sandalwood. On the finish the tannins are soft with good length. Pair this Pinot Noir with ham steaks, grilled chicken breasts, or chateaubriand.
100% aged for 8 months in French oak, 10% new.

You can help to plant a few new trees by popping the screw cap on this burly Pinot Noir. The wine's Bing cherry and lavender aromas are almost out-dueled by savory bursts of roasted pork shoulder and oregano.
