Product Details
This wine pours with an ultra delicate effervescence translating an abundant foam with fine dynamic bubbles. Magnificent luminous gold hue with sparkling green reflections. On the nose, very pure and mineral intensity of rare typicity, releasing notes of brioche, fresh butter and white flowers. A racy and subtle universe evolving delicately towards a remarkable finesse. The creamy sensation of a chalky and meringue texture fills the palate, combined with nuances of fresh almonds, citron zest and lemony citrus fruits. A suavity of great class, chiseled and persistent, offering this pretty hint of salinity in the finish.
This Champagne, with exceptional mousse and with a mineral/chalky style will go wonderfully with Oscietra caviar or certain noble fish in carpaccio or ceviche.
100% Chardonnay. Grands Crus from villages of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, and Mesnil-sur-Oger.
Based of the 2018 harvest (63%) with the remaining 37% of reserve wines from the 2017 and and 2016 harvests.
