The Agnes, Didier et Florent Dauvissat Chablis Les Breches de Fye opens with a nose of fresh white flowers, jasmine, green apple, quince, chalky minerality, and dried herbs. On the palate, the wine has a vibrant acidity balanced by concentrated flavors of apple, white peach, green melon, and lemon meringue. This wine is bright and clean with a snappy finish.
