Rhum Barbancourt has been producing rum in Port Au Prince Haiti since 1862. While shopping I came across their “white” rhum and had to pick a bottle up to review. This rhum is made from fresh pressed sugarcane juice that after the fermentation and distillation process, is rested in a stainless steel tank for less than a year.
