The Bribery Rum was both distilled and aged in Panama within ex-Bourbon casks for five years. It was then brought to California and finished in ex-wine barrels, creating an added layer of flavor and intensity. Enjoy notes of nutmeg, spicy pepper and maple syrup.

Distilled and aged in Panama in ex-bourbon casks for five years, this rum was then brought to California and finished in red-wine barrels. Overall, this is a relatively dry and taut rum. Dried fig and bacony mesquite aromas lead into a savory, oaky palate with fleeting hints of maple, cocoa and black pepper. -K.N.
