You sign-up, we pick the bottles, you get a deal, repeat until cancelled. That's the gist of it but please read all the terms and conditions before joining Wine Club.
BENEFIT OF WINE CLUB
Wine Club is meant to be a fun and learning experience as well a a great value and a convenient process. On a monthly basis, we will select in sets of 3 Red, White, and Orange Wine Club. You control your membership: if you want 6 Red, buy 2 sets of Wine Club Red. If you want 3 Red and 3 White, choose those Wine Clubs. There is no maximum. They can be delivered on the same or different days as you choose. If you subscribe to 2 x 3 Bottles Red Wine Club, we will assume you want 6 different bottles of red wine in the same theme. However, if you are subscribed to 3 Bottles Red Wine Club and you buy and additional 1 x 3 Bottle Red Wine Club in the same month, we will assume that you want a duplicate shipment of the same wines, but we reserve the right to ship different wines in the same theme.
Each month's Wine Club will have a theme to facilitate the educational nature of the experience through comparison. A short write-up on each wine will be included Additional information on each wine will be available on our website by searching the item. The items also cannot save individually to your history so to facilitate recording which wines you liked or disliked in particular, you might want to use the "favorites" feature in your account on our website.
While the cost per set of Wine Club is $59.99, you will receive wines totaling a value of $66 to $80. Thereby giving Wine Club members at least the value of our case discount but on fewer bottles.
RULES OF WINE CLUB
NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES. This is the first rule of Wine Club and it is actually the store's standard policy. We are already extending our logistics to the maximum to offer this product and we cannot accept refunds/returns/exchanges of any kind or for any reason. Remember to start we are selling these wines to you at an extra discount and the point is to have fun learning and experiencing new things
NO CUSTOMIZATION. Similar to the first rule, this is not built into the logisitics of Wine Club. If you want custom recommendations, you need to speak to a customer service representative. In Wine Club, you are getting what we choose for Wine Club.
YOU CONTROL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. We do not control your subscription. If you want to quit Wine Club or revise your subscription, you must login to your acccount and do so. Please do not call or send passsive aggressive emails, we do not have access to your account.
