Friuli Grave is a large region in northern Italy between the Adriatic Sea and the Julian Alps, known for its well-draining gravel soils. A smoky flint aromatic gives way to notes of white flowers and cut white peach flesh. The palate is crisp and lean; kaffir lime zest, grilled peach, and a hint of ginger announce this mineral-driven Pinot Grigio.
