Our Single Barrel Old Rickhouse Rye Whiskey begins with sweet mash fermentation and distilled in our copper pot stills, this straight Rye Whiskey is aged in new charred American Oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years, then are hand elected by our Master Distillers. They’re always uncut, and straight from the barrel without any filtration. The nose, taste, and finish are unique to that single barrel making each release one-of-a-kind. At cask strength, you can truly experience Starlight Ryes at its essence the same way our Master Distillers do when they sample straight from the barrel.
