Aromas of ripe, mellow autumn fruits (apple, ripe pear and quince) combine with richly nutty notes; you may also find hints of tobacco, flowers, marzipan and wild mushrooms in this wine's complex, symphonic aromas. On the palate it is dry and grippy, with low acidity and a refined, rounded bitterness. All of the aromatic perfumes, though, continue to cascade through the palate.
Harmonious and pleasant taste and is characterized with balanced aroma of spices and a long lasting finish. Made in Qvevri by natural yeast fermentation and according to the traditional Kakhetian technology.
