The Selbach-Oster Riesling Kabinett is elegant and refined on the nose with aromas of slate. Bright and mineraly on the palate with ripe fruity flavors and hints of herbs.

Riesling sourced almost entirely from the Himmelreich vineyard in the village of Zeltingen Aged mostly stainless steel with a little bit of old Mosel Fuder.
