Product Details
Clear color, with hints of white fruit, citrus and hints of wet rock. On the palate it shows youth and freshness, with a vibrant acidity and an engaging mouthfeel. Our most natural and uncomplicated white wine, underlining the simplicity of Encruzado grape variety,unoaked. Goes well with all kinds of salads, white meat, sushi andgrilled fish.
Harvest by Hand. Grapes from an old vineyard of Encruzado variety of the Ribeiro Santo Estate. Pressed grapes with 100% stems. Must grape selection and decantation at low temperatures. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats with the wines’ indigenous yeast, followed by a slight filtration just before bottling.
