A luscious nose of tapioca, Bananas Foster, clover honey, Nilla Wafers, hibiscus, and lemon zest lead to a bright palate of new oak complemented by cinnamon powder and lemon oil, finishing with almonds and macadamia nuts.

Inspired by the verdant flora surrounding the Rhum J.M estate, Jardin Fruité, or “Fruit Garden”, displays cellar master Karine Lasalle’s delicate manipulation of distillate and cask type to create a cocktailing rhum with a lively balance of elegant confection and fruit. Shake this rhum up in a classic daiquiri while you contemplate the next application.

Sugarcane is crushed within one hour of harvest and open fermented with French baker’s yeast for 24 hours. Distilled on a Creole copper column still. Aged 24 months on-site at the Fonds-Préville distillery in a combination of French and American oak barrels of varying char levels.
