On the nose, wild berry and sweet cherry aromatics jump out of the glass. Flavors of raspberries, licorice, and caramel are complimented by a bold and juicy mouthfeel on the palette. Bright acidity and light tannins give way to a sweet and structured finish.
Thanks to its soft tannins and bright acidity, this wine pairs well with seafood, lightly smoked meats and chicken, as well as root vegetables and mushrooms.
Our Pinot Noir is blended from Three Counties (50% Sonoma County, 30% Monterey County, 20% San Benito County) to ensure it is fruit-forward with well-integrated tannins. Every year, winemaking hand-selects vineyards from each county to complete this blend, creating the perfect bottle.
100% Pinot Noir aged for 10 months in French oak.
