40% Greco di Tufo 40% Fiano di Avellino 20% Falanghina For the vinification, after manual harvesting in small 15 kg crates, the grapes are softly pressed. Fermentation takes place 60% in new French oak barrels and 40% in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 18-20%. Aged for 8 months on lees and 2 years in bottle.
The Grande cuvee Luigi Moio is a white wine created to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the company, obtained with Fiano di Avellino, Falanghina and Greco di Tufo grapes. A wine of great depth, which improves exponentially over the years. The typical notes of all three grape varieties emerge on the nose, with aromas of exotic fruit and spicy and mineral notes, almost iodized. The richness of aromas is also found on the palate, with a long-lasting, savory and harmonious sip.
