This wine embodies the aromatic harmony of different grape varieties and the blending of various Gigondas terroirs. It is characterized by remarkable minerality, freshness, and structure. It reveals complex and delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, as well as savory notes of apricot.

Best served chilled (12°C), it pairs perfectly with fresh goat cheese with fine herbs or grilled sea bass.

The vines are hand-harvested. Clairette is aged in barrels of several wines, including amphora, thus preserving the finesse of the sandy terroir’s tannin grain. Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier, on the other hand, undergo stainless steel tank aging, aiming to preserve the purity and freshness of the fruit.  70% Clairette, 25% Marsanne & Roussanne and 5% Viognier.

A blend of 70% Clairette, 5% Viognier and the rest a combination of Marsanne and Roussanne, the 2023 Romane Machotte Blanc offers up aromas of spices, herbs, apricot, honeysuckle and spring flowers. Medium to full-bodied, round and enrobing, it's sappy with delicate, elegant notes of butter and walnuts, framed around a juicy, precise mid-palate and a long, fresh finish. Anticipated Maturity: 2024-2030
