Otello Ceci is a remarkably refreshing sparkling red wine. Slightly effervescent with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, dark plum and violet. It is medium-dry and full-bodied, with a smooth, velvety texture.
Pair with other classic Parma dishes like Parmesan Reggiano cheese or prosciutto. Our Lambrusco also has the perfect relationship with pizza.
Otello Ceci is made through the traditional Charmat method. This creates a dry, terroir-driven wine with a subtle, refreshing effervescence. We work with small, local growers to select the perfect grapes for our Lambrusco. We've curated a network of over 400 sites that allow us to source a complex combination for layers of flavor true to our home in Parma.
