The Nicolas Potel Pommard appears a dark ruby color in the glass. Nose of red fruits, cherries and spices. Complexity with some animal notes like furs. Rich and structured attack on the palate with red and black fruits, good structure with little tannins. A full elegant wine with a long length.

They adhere to sustainable viticulture, sourcing some fruit from 35+ year old vineyards, grapes from biodynamic and organic vineyards when possible, and from long-time grower partners. Traditional winemaking, with very little intervention during the winemaking process, fermentation with only natural yeasts, limited use of oak / partial malolactic fermentation.
