Natterjack Irish Whiskey is a unique blend, triple distilled in true Irish spirit and carefully crafted using Irish and American techniques.
Irish whiskey with an American accent - triple distilled with a blend of 20% malted barleyand 80% corn. Aged first in ex-bourbon barrels (traditional Irish) and finished in virgin American oak (traditional American)
The golden vibrant liquid opens with an upfront bouquet of vanilla, apple and cinnamon. A smooth, almost creamy palate of orange, orange zest, spice, cedar and notes of tobacco. The finish reminds us of a long Irish summers evening.
Whisky Advocate Review:
A fragrant fruit-forward nose with peach rings, green apple skin, orange peel, and sweet cream swirling about. Similarly fruity on the palate, bursting with stone fruit, melon, and pineapple, all buoyed by a light touch of peppery heat. The finish is short and sweet; low-proof means this lacks some body, but an abundance of flavor negates that.
