Amarone della Valpolicella is an extremely elegant wine. It is very reminiscent of the aromas of ripe red fruit, in the mouth it is an explosion of flavor but remains dry and fresh. It is easy to find a pairing with food, it is not a wine too structured, its drinkability is surprising.

Amarone della Valpolicella produced in a small vineyard parcel at 100 m above sea level characterised by a high clay content.

The grapes are dried for 4 long months in our natural fruit cellar, after vinification the wine rests for 24 months in a 20 hl French oak barrel and for 12 months in the bottle.

A fragrant version, with stemmy herb, tobacco, zesty milled pepper and smoke notes. Creamy and accessible, this fruit-forward red combines steeped cherry, dried cranberry and raspberry coulis flavors, while light tannins firm the finish. Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
