Dry red wine of the Plavac mali variety, with old charm, but exceptional drinkability despite the high alcohol content (14-15% vol/alc). In every sip of Križ, you can feel the naturalness and softness of the tannins, atypical for black varieties that require long aging, very early on. Križ wine is Pelješac in miniature, created by blending wines from Križ and Postup. The minerality and fullness of flavor resulting from the composition of the soil and the proximity to the sea put these two positions at the very top of the range. The cultivation of vineyards and crops is 100% natural, traditional and ecological. Tilling the soil and treating the vines is done manually, without the use of harmful chemicals.
