Product Details
Ruchottes was the domaine’s first vineyard, purchased in 1930, and continues to be a standout site with only a few producers sourcing from it. Located just north of La Romanée, the plot sits on a serious slope similar to nearby grands crus and produces serious wines with richness and complexity. Seductive and opulent textures with ripe fruit flavors of pear and white peach have a persistent finish. Will continue to develop in the bottle for decades.
100% Chardonnay soucred from 2.9 acres of vines planted in 1972. Aged for 12 months in 60–65%
new oak.

Oyster shell, iodine, peach, lime blossom and citronella aromas and flavors are the hallmarks of this luscious white. The creamy texture is an ideal foil for the flavors, while the judicious use of new oak leaves a toasty shortbread finish. Drink now through 2030. 50 cases imported.
