A premium grape brandy made of a select, autochthonous grape variety known as Katroshi, grown in our family vineyards in Lekaj, an indigenous Albanian region of Malesia. The Lekaj valley has an ideal soil which produces a very ripe grape and thus a fruit aromatic mash. After 21 days of mash fermentation, the wine juice is distilled in a traditional manner using copper stills with wood burning ovens. The Master Distiller selectively captures only the heart of the distillate in every batch. This process produces a fine and aromatic brandy with unique aromas of white orchid and vanilla. The taste is smooth and enticing with flavors of honey and nectarine. Enjoy.
