This cuvée combines many wisdoms: the wisdom of the vines, the wisdom of time and the wisdom of the winemaking methods. It has this full and decisive color, yellow-green streaked with ivory, as ivory is the beautiful rich foam: firm, irregular, and lazy to retreat into a thin crown, fed by numerous springs. It has a light texture, without being diaphanous, very dynamic. The nose is very fine, so delicate as to appear timid: instead durable, it remains linear for a long time, almost without declining towards the end. Freshness and green moments, outlined in nuances: some white fruit in advance of ripening, and an underlying indication of fog and water vapor. Dry and apprehensive the sip, full of gripping sensations: from the first attack it takes the palate, holds it hostage with firm lightness, leading to a frank and sincere exit. Mellow and drinkable.
