The Huia Sauvignon Blanc appear spPale straw with a green tinge in the glass. The nose reveals notes of cantaloupe, tropical fruits, passionfruit, key lime pie, and honeysuckle flowers. The palate is full of Granny Smith apple, gooseberry, pie crust and hazelnuts followed by a rich finish with raw acidity and evolving length.
Pair with anything from the raw bar, Rockmelon, halloumi and prosciutto salad, or grilled cheese toasted sandwich.
100% organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A blend from two vineyards, Huia home block and
Churton providing well-draining alluvial soils, sandy silts and river stones ensure sun heat warms the soil for tropical flavors.
