This wine incorporates both fresh and dried fruit notes of cranberry, bosenberry, prune and raisin with complementary tones of black tea, potpourri, chocolate and toasted wood. It lacks a bit of acidity to give it a needed lift in the mid-palate, but an overall quaffable sipper.
80% Zinfandel, 20% Petite Sirah. All the Zinfandel grapes were hand picked and sourced from multiple vineyards from the world’s legendary Lodi, California. Aged for 10 months in 60% new American oak.

This wine is fresh, lively with aromas of black cherry, pepperjam, dried herbs, and cardamom spice on the nose. The flavors on the palate are Bing cherry, red currant compote gliding into cranberry pomegranate, grilled orange, clove and mouthwatering tannins. Pair with Fish Tacos. T.P.
