Gilgal Brut presents bright lemon, lime, green apple, floral and mineral notes, with hints of toasted bread. This non-vintage sparkling wine displays refreshing acidity and nice length of flavor, making it a pleasure to drink.
Gilgal Brut is ready to imbibe now, and is best enjoyed within five years of release. Thanks to its bright acidity, the wine is a wonderful way to start a festive meal, pairing well with savory caviar or rich pâté. The wine also goes winningly with sweet desserts, such as chocolate-covered strawberries or fresh seasonal fruit.
Gilgal Brut was produced from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, all grown in the cool cliamte of the Golan Heights, using only tradtional methods, and aged for a minimum of one year in bottle.
