This excellent finage, of which we own the greater part - and which gave its name to the estate - is planted in terraces at the very top of the hill; cultivating it is a real craftsman's job that must be carried out year after year, to extract its quintessence.
The plot of Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru "les Poulettes" produces a remarkable cru that combines power and roundness with a bouquet reminiscent of blackcurrant, green pear and wild bramble.

Breathtaking nose that's deep, dark, enticing and mysterious. Both really concentrated and wonderfully graceful, with lively acidity that drives the very long, exquisitely balanced finish. A very complete Nuits-Saint-Georges, but still youthful. From sustainably grown grapes. Drinkable now, but best from 2024+
