The color is faithful to the great Burgundy wines: A deep garnet red with raspberry-pink highlights invites us on an adventure in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits: the nose is that of small black and red fruits. Blueberry, blackberry, wild strawberry and especially blackcurrant, color this sparkling and complex aromatic palette where cranberries, cherries and even Kirsch appear later. The mouth is thirst-quenching and of a beautiful amplitude.
