This easy drinking "glou glou" comes from Jean-Baptiste Duperray's domaine in Pierres Dorées of the southern Beaujolais. 7 generations of winemaking, the farm is organic. The soils of the region are classically limestone and clay, but this farm has a large dose of sand, too. They like to fashion this glou glou in cement vessels, making the gamay show as traditional and gulpable.
