The Domaine Henri Boillot Meursault appears a bright yellow color with hints of green in the glass. . The nose is very pure, slight reduction, revealing notes of yellow fruit, apricot, and mirabelle plum – very sexy and delicate.  The palate is rich, smooth and precise showing mineral notes, excellent length with a salty finish.

100% Chardonnay, aged 20% in a 350l new oak barrel for 10 months.

Taut and incisive, the 2021 Meursault Village offers up aromas of pear, orange oil, white flowers and toasted nuts, followed by a medium-bodied palate built around tangy acids, and concluding with a saline finish.
