Dalton Family Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

The Cabernet Sauvignon Family Collection has a bright red color and a full body. In the Upper Galilee region, our Cabernet Sauvignon has very particular and special characteristics. From an aromatic point of view, there is a lot of cherry, tobacco, wild plants such as thyme and sage. Ripe fruit and soft tannins.

The wine is highly recommended to enjoy the wine alongside meat dishes such as roasts, steaks, or pasta. This wine can be aged with confidence for a decade or even more.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown throughout the Upper Galilee. Only our most selected plots make it to the final Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve blend.

After an initial period of about a year in which the wine was aged in old and new French oak barrels, the lots were selected and the blend was composed. After the blend, the wine aged for another 10 months in barrels until it reached the bottle.
