Product Details
This wine comes from 5 different plots such as: Les Bruyeres, les Boutières, Les Morais, Les Caillettes and les Nujots. It pays homage to the founder Jules Senard and to the next Comte Senard.
50% whole grapes. Natural yeast. Sorted at the winery. Cold pre-fermented soaking for 1-3 days. Vinification for 2-3 weeks. Aged for 14 months in 40% of new oak.

This is also quite floral with its more deeply pitched mix of dark berry fruit, sauvage and more prominent earth scents. The succulent, round and seductively textured medium weight flavors possess evident power on the youthfully austere and moderately rustic finale that is firm enough to need most of a decade to resolve.
