The vineyard Chateau Teyssier of goes back to the 15th century. It can be found on a chalky hill a few kilometers from north-east of Saint-Emilion which it can be compared. Almost exclusively composed of Merlot, Chateau Teyssier Montagne-St.-Emilion is characterized by its extremely fruity and spicy aromas and for its harmonious and balanced tannins.
Wine Enthusiast Review:
Firmly tannic, this wine shows dark flavors as well as solid black fruits. It has the richness of the vintage, although that is muted for the moment by the solid structure. Wait for this powerful wine to develop and drink from 2021. -R.V.
