Cazcabel Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavor of the double distilled Blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak. The tequila is sampled every week and the ageing process can last up to 11 months depending on taste. Our Reposado is truly hand finished.
The Cazcabel Reposado Tequila opens with a nose of agave notes with a touch of eucalyptus and hints of white pepper, caramel and toasted oak. The palate reveals dry, earthy agave flavors balanced with vanilla and toasted oak. The finish is long and complex with a jalapeño tingle.
