Our Vino Nobile is aged in small French barrels (5 Hl) for 18 months, 6 months in stainless-steel vats, after ageing the wine is bottled and stays to refine for another 6 months.
Wine Spectator Review:
Features an attractive core of fresh cherry, raspberry and floral flavors framed by Tuscan scrub, mint, orange peel and tobacco. The vibrant structure keeps this focused and long. While approachable now, this should be even better in a year or two. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Drink now through 2037. 2,500 cases made, 600 cases imported.
