On the nose that wine shows intense aromas of white fruits and citrus, with herbaceous notes. On the palate the wine is balanced, fresh, with good acidity and a persistent finish with hints of salinity.
The wine is made predominantly from traditional Majorcan varieties. 70% Premsal (native from Mallorca), 20% Chardonnay, 10% Giro Blanc (native from Mallorca)
Careful grape selection in the vineyard and at the winery. Wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 14º and 16 ºC. The wine stays six months on fine lees. Gentle clarification and filtration before bottling.
