The Akenta Cuvee 71 Vermentino appears a light straw-yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose is intense and fruity with notes of yellow peach, melon and passionfruit. Full-flavored, fresh and delicately salty on the palate; great body and balance on the finish.
Ideal accompaniment to aperitifs, fish and shellfish.
It is created from a selection of the finest Vermentino di Sardegna grapes, cultivated in vineyards with limestone soils, where there is constant exposure to the sea breeze, which endows the wine with full maturation and a unique taste profile.
