Garnet-colored wine, with an aroma of ripe black fruits, suggesting blackberries and plums, wrapped in spicy notes, in the mouth it is a wide, deep wine with good structure and great aromatic complexity, ending with a pleasant and persistent finish.
It goes well with game, red meat and matured or medium-matured cheese.
60% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Trincadeira, 20% Touriga Nacional. The wine ages in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, it ages in the basement for 3 months.
