A harmonious blend featuring 70% Sangiovese, complemented by the distinctive flavors of 20% Pugnitello and 10% Foglia Tonda, ancient Tuscan grape varieties. Crafted through a meticulous 10-day fermentation with maceration, pumping over, and délastage, followed by 12 months of sageing in cement with Microxygenation.
