A blend of the Appellation’s four grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, Aligoté), the wine is congenial, rounded and full, with a varied bouquet. A thirst-quencher, it is an easy drinking Crémant, clearcut, clean with a lovely freshness.
The caves Bailly Lapierre groups 430 winegrowers who provide the grapes for making Crémant de Bourgogne.
A blend of Aligoté, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Pinot Noir.
Extended maturing, 12 months on average, bottles inverted on racks in natural cool and half-light of the underground cellars hewn out of the limestone bedrock.
Enticing aromas of bread dough, brioche and apple tart flatter white peach, orange blossom and white flower on the nose. The palate is fresh fruit, green apple and lemon zest that plays with chalky acidity on the finish. -A.C.C.
