Brooklyn Gin (750ml)

Brooklyn Gin was created to bring a fresh, vibrant flavor to elevate your favorite cocktail. We use fresh citrus, hand crushed juniper berries and oldschool production techniques for the freshest tasting gin. It takes a little more time and effort, but we believe you can taste the difference in every sip.

A fresh take on a classic. Our method takes more time and craftsmanship, but it is all worth it for the flavor and taste.

We hand-cut fresh lemon, lime, orange and clementine peels. We do not use dried or frozen citrus peels, citrus concentrates, or artificial flavors. For the fresh and vibrant citrus notes in Brooklyn Gin, there are no shortcuts.

Using dried juniper berries can impart harsh, piney flavors to gins. We hand-crush juniper to release a burst of sweet and spicy flavors.

Industrial distillation processes usually result in a bland, stale gin. Instead, we first steep our botanicals to release their essential flavors. Then, we distill in small batches in a Carl copper pot still to slowly extract flavor from the fresh citrus peels and botanicals. The copper interacts with the alcohol to remove bitter notes, resulting in a smoother gin with greater complexity.
