Itami Onigoroshi Genshu Special Junmai Sake (300ml)

Itami Onigoroshi Genshu Tokubetsu Junmai is a refined sake inspired by the old world sakes of Itami, the historical birthplace of sake. It is pleasantly aromatic, cask-strength with an elevated alcohol content, and distinctively dry. Crisp and graceful, the nose is greeted by a hint of apples on the tree, mineral water, green papaya, and teaberry leaves. Mineral-driven and structured on the palate, delicate fruit comes through before retreating on a clean, mineral finish.
